All materials and products are covered by full manufacturers' warrantees and our labour is backed by our own guarantee of workmanship that is second to none. We also undertake to take up customer complaints or queries with manufacturers whenever possible.
Any queries or defects arising from faulty installation or repair work, that may require attention, and that occur within the guarantee period, are treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the customer's earliest possible convenience.
Our commitment to you the customer continues long after the job has been completed and the account settled and our call-centre operatives will continue to be at your service, should you wish to contact us about any recent work carried out.
