Why have I not heard of you before?

We don’t advertise and we rely on repeat business – which of course forms part of our service levels.

Do you arrive with the correct tools?

Yes – our Handymen carry a comprehensive range of quality tools / equipment and they also carry a varied range of commonly used fixture and fittings (Screws etc)

When do I pay?

You pay us when the job is done – we accept cash / cheque and credit card

Do you provide estimates?

Our staff will often quote the job over the phone. If the job is not what each party thought it was – you have the right to not proceed with the work – and there is no charge to yourself.

If the nature of your request involves multiple requests – then a member of our team will visit to provide you with a cost structure.

Should I have fixed price or standard rate?

It’s up to you – some people prefer peace of mind and want to know exactly how much they will need to pay. Other prefer to pay for the time used only.

Please note not everything can be fixed rate – but if you use our services you will come to have trust in our pricing and serving levels.

Will I need to wait in?

Not at all – our team members will call within the time window agreed.

Do you carry out work in offices?

Yes we do – and we also cover High Street shops, restaurants, Pubs, rest homes.

I have purchased an item from the DIY store – can you put it together (or fit it) for me?

Yes we can! – this forms a core part of what we do.
