Landlord Gas safety certificate
It is a Legal requirement for landlords to have all the gas appliances in a rented property safety-tested every 12 months by a Gas Safe™ registered engineer.
Our Cube Gas Safe™ registered engineers are qualified to carry out the inspection and issue a Gas safety certificate.
Gas Safety certificates with Cube cost £59 for up to four appliances. Certificates for additional appliances are charged at £10 per appliance.
The landlord is responsible for their tenants’ safety, and if non compliance were to lead to a death from carbon monoxide poisoning, the landlord could be charged with manslaughter.
