Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
If you are renting or selling your property as of the 1st of October 2008 you will require an energy performance certificate also known as an EPC. This is required before the marketing of your property can commence.
Cube can provide your EPC quickly to make sure that your property is on the market in the shortest possible time. We would request that you allow an average turnaround time of 3 days from receipt of order to order completion.
What the report contains?
The report gives your property a rating between A and G. “A” Rated properties have the lowest running costs and “G” the highest running costs.
When completed you will receive a report that will outline your score and give recommendations on how your rating can be improved.
